Battle the cold this season with this Immune Boosting Pumpkin soup recipe infused with cannabis for self care.
In a stock pot with oil on medium heat, sauté until soft; 1 chopped yellow onion, 2 cups cubed pumpkin/butternut squash/carrots. Season with S&P, add bay leaf or a bit of chopped ginger (optional) and cover veggies with water, let soup come to a boil until water reduces by half.
Turn down to medium heat, add a packet of @ApothoKatie Chicken Bone Broth packet, stir and let simmer for another 3 minutes/ when veggies are soft, use a potato masher and mash your veggies, (or put in blender) and add your milk of choice, to thin soup to your liking and season with S&P.
