Answer: Edibles, are noted for being felt throughout, and providing an experience for the body. For many, edibles are known to be relaxing. The effects may last for hours.

Always #GoSlowToKnow to help you gauge your desired dosage level.

3. How do I consume Katie Baked Goods & ApothoKatie cannabis edibles safely?

Answer: #GoSlowToKnow, if you are unsure of the effects of cannabis edibles on your body. You can do this with our micro dosed products, like our Flower Powder Capsules, which you can start with a smaller amount of THC, and incrementally work your way up to find a range that works for you.

As you become more familiar with the effects of THC edibles on your own body, you can experiment with dosage levels that work for you.

4. How do I gauge my dosage level and what is 'Micro' dosing?

Answer: All products are labeled with the amount of THC and CBD per serving, so you always know the amount you are consuming. As well, each package has directions on how best to enjoy. We aim to help you create a balance that works for you.

In the state of Washington, 10mg of THC is the maximum amount allowed per serving. For new users, it is recommended to start with a lower dose to gauge your desired effect.

Many of our products are ‘micro’ dose levels, like our powdered Flower Power capsules at 3mg of THC with 3mg CBD per capsule, or our powdered ApothoKatie drinks start at 5mg THC with 5mg CBD.

With ‘micro’ dosing, you can consume smaller amounts of cannabis to achieve your desired effects, or continue to take small amounts throughout the day to maintain that desired level.
